Self-Pay

Basic Office Visit $100.00 which includes all inhouse testing like (strep, Mono, Flu, Urinalysis,Vision test,

pregnancy test, Nebulizer treatment, EKG & Td is $75.00

$150.00 with Office Procedures including in house service like:

RAPID COVID ANTIGEN AND ANTIBODY TEST $100.00 with 15 minutes test result RT-PCR collection is $100.00

All the self-pay price will include free 48 hours follow up and Pharmacy discount card

We are open 7 days a week from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm. We are here to help you to take care of your non-life-threatening emergencies without going to the Emergency Room or waiting for an appointment with your primary doctor.

We treat all non-life-threatening illness or injuries whether if you need stitches, EKG, Strep Test, COVID test, Test for UTI, Pregnancy test, Fracture Care with X-ray and ortho supplies.

We accept most health insurance plans including Medicaid and Medicare. WE also offer an affordable self-pay pricing for patients with no insurance. Basic self-pay office visit is $100.00
